As part of our continuing program of improvements under the ISO 9001:2000 accreditation we undertook a customer satisfaction survey in February to help us to confirm the areas that required attention. The results confirmed a few areas where we could make improvements even though we scored above average across all 6 areas in our survey. All our customers both existing and prospective can rest assured that we will be taking the necessary steps based on your feedback in an effort to improve the service we provide to you. AJM would also like to take this opportunity to thank all those customers who took part in our first ever customer satisfaction survey and providing us with the information to make the improvements you want. | ISO 9001:2000 Certified! |

Tuesday 17th July 2001 saw the official ISO 9001 Certificate presentation by Neil Baker of Certified Quality Systems based in Worcester. Phillip Rowley, AJM's Operational Solutions Manager, seen here receiving the certificate commented "As the business has grown so rapidly we saw the need to improve our systems and ISO 9001:2000 has helped us achieve our target to provide a Quality Management system that would benefit both AJM and our customers." |

| Monster Arrives! |

Our new 5-Axis Milling centre has arrived and already making easy work of our customers trickiest jobs. AJM's Managing Director, Richard May, commented "Our investment program is already proving a huge success with our customers by providing greater flexability during the design and manufacture of their production tools whilst also allowing us to produce the tools with improved lead times".
