Software Downloads

Customers wishing to receive information from us via email instead of FAX should download and install the following self-executable file:-

Microsoft Snapshot Viewer V.9

This will allow you to view and print any reports that we send you via email.  If you would prefer to be emailed with quotes etc. then please let your relevant contact know as soon as possible after you've downloaded and installed the above file.

NOTE:  Some customers have experienced problems using the Snapshot Viewer - Microsoft are aware that there is a problem with the software and are currently looking in to it.  This means that when you view the document we have emailed you you can't see it but if you print it there is no problem!  We will keep you informed with as to any changes.
